Smartlynx est à la recherche d’un gestionnaire de formation des équipages de cabine (CCTM)

 

Cabin Crew Training Manager (CCTM) is a key stakeholder and decision maker within the crew training department’s management team. CCTM plays a strong leadership role in the operations department and while representing the company externally and internally.

The position is based in Riga, Latvia and features extensive travel to and from the company’s other offices, training centers, and throughout the distributed SmartLynx route network.

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the airline’s cabin crew training programs adhere to all corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Implement changes to training programs and processes as required by regulatory authorities and the Flight Operations Director and/or the Cabin Crew Manager ;
  • Follow up changes in requirements and regulations concerning cabin crew training, advise the Crew Training Director thereof and revise the applicable company documentation and training course syllabuses and material ;
  • Supervise and follow up proficiency level and quality of work of all Ground Instructors and Cabin Crew Line Trainers ;
  • Proactively seek and suggest cost reduction and efficiency initiatives ;
  • Deploy continuous process improvement and ensure that all trainings and projects are carried out in a timely, financially sound manner, consistent with the airline’s goals ;
  • Act as an ambassador for the company within the cabin crew community ;
  • Perform duties of Ground Instructor, Cabin Crew Line Trainer, SCCM or CCM.

 

Requirements :

  • At least two years previous experience in an airline / training organization ;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the airline flight operations and crew training requirements ;
  • Ability to organize and lead the small structural unit towards established targets, as well as ability to be self-motivated and self-directed ;
  • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills ;
  • Good general IT literacy and, as a minimum, proficient with the basic MS Office programs ;
  • Excellent English language skills (other language skills are considered as an advantage) ;
  • University degree in a relevant field considered advantageous.
