This is an unpaid position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, interpret, and disseminate data to allow for rapid product and content experimentation.
  2. Create learning loops in which user experiences generate insights used to drive growth and engagement across different platforms.
  3. Develop and foster services that will use data to create personalized and optimized experiences.
  4. Develop KPIs and measures of success in a cross-platform world. general workload.
  5. Support development of data tools, such as dashboards and A/B testing platforms.
  6. Communicate complex ideas in a clear, precise, yet accessible way to product, engineering, and editorial teams.
  7. Develop a doWE!
  8. Create content for our community

Requirements:

  • Experience in applying Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Classification techniques towards real product and business problems.
  • Proficiency with the Python programming language.
  • Experience with social data or media is a plus.
  • No 9-5 mentality (it does not mean exploitation, it means flexibility and passion)
  • Intrinsically motivated to make a positive impact in the world.

  • Living nearby or in Eindhoven
