If you are HR or other realated field student, who has high interest to gather first real experience in one of the main HR domain – personnel recruitment, join airBaltic HR Recruitment team as a Trainee and get involded in all recruitment processes, being a part of one of the modern, sustainble and innovative European airlines
We will entrust you to :
- Assist in hiring process by coordinating internal and external job postings ;
- Schedule interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates ;
- Help with initial applicant screening and background check activities ;
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate interviews with candidates from abroad ;
- Accurately track applicant data and assist with reporting in Recruitment system as needed ;
- Conduct initial assessments, e.g.tests and tasks ;
- Support recruitment events and campaigns ;
- Support candidates direct search activities through multiple platforms.
What You will need to succeed :
- Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude ;
- Organizational skills ;
- Attention to detail ;
- Good oral and written communication skills ;
- Good spoken & written knowledge of Latvian, English and preferably Russian.
