Get to know the role :

As part of an ongoing project, we have a newly created opportunity to join our Virgin Australia team as a Business Analyst – CRM! In this role, you’ll be the conduit between the business & Salesforce Platform Support team, through taking user stories and bringing them to the Platform Architect.

There will also be a solutioning aspect to the role that will contribute to a seamless user experience through establishing the best use of technology to meet business needs. Other tasks include:

• Gathering requirements with multiple stakeholders in a complex business;
• Scope and document functional and non functional business requirements;
• Able to anticipate and identify areas of risk, including through the use of data;
• Quickly identify key stakeholders, their needs and be able to act as a conduit to the project team

 

Let’s get to know you :

• 3+ years direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM or Salesforce platform applications.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Highly developed communication and relationship building skills.
• Capability to take a generic requirement and reframe it into a technical viewpoint.
