About the role :

The Supply Operations (SupOps) Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to fulfil all time critical material requests as well as defect, planning & project related demands that have operational impacts.

You will do this by making timely material transfer or procure decisions, compliantly, safely and cost effectively, as well as the ability to build relationships with and influence internal and external stakeholders is critical in effectively preforming this role. You will perform these duties on a shift roster covering 24/7

Other accountabilities in this role include :

  • Deliverance of Supply Chain solutions, contingency plans and commercial outcomes relating to time critical demands ;
  • Escalation to Management of systemic issues prohibiting optimal material supply ;
  • Monitor the 1/3/6 maintenance plan and DSR ;
  • Vendor and part master creation ;
  • Order creation (e.g. Transfer, Purchase, Exchange, Loan and Repair Orders).

 

About you :

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
  • Experience with at least 3 Supply Chain disciplines, highly regarded ;
  • An understanding of contemporary Inventory Management Principles ;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products – in particular, Word and Excel ;
  • Working knowledge of TRAX and other ERP systems ;
  • Experience in an Engineering and Maintenance Planning environments ;
  • Superior aeronautical product awareness ;
  • Super User level experience with TRAX software system.
