About the Role :
The Flight Operations Quality department supports the continuous improvement of flight operations through the systematic identification, reporting and monitoring of operational risk within the systems and functions that support flying operations.
Reporting to the Manager Quality Systems – Flight Operations, this Specialist position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of both the Flight Operations Quality and Safety Audit Programs.
About you :
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- High level technical knowledge of high-capacity aircraft systems, performance and operating procedures.
- Advanced understanding of aviation legislation.
- A well-developed understanding of Safety Management Systems.
- Familiarity with the IOSA concept and methodology.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to report on complex technical and operational concepts.
- Demonstrated competency with MS Office.
- A proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Tertiary qualifications in aviation and/or a pilot licence will be highly regarded.
