| Digital Media Officer
| Responsible for the digital media management
Plan and manage our social media platforms
Construction and follow-up of an editorial line and planning
Developing necessary process and policy towards ensuring beneficial relationships, brand enhancement and zero negative press on social media platforms
Manage and resolve negative press when necessary
Facilitating Advert Placements to obtain optimum exposure (Internet / Social media)
Communicate on products and promotion
Monitoring and reporting via the daily and weekly media review.
Analysis and optimization of actions carried out using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Agopulse, etc.).
Brainstorm and design innovative idea of digital compaign
Ensure customer satisfact by handling customers complaints effectively
Prepare weekly accurate reports on marketing digital compaign’s performance/social platform performance
Involvement in internal communication actions to unite employees within the company
Management of transversal projects with the different departments of the company (Customer experience, Sale, Legal, IT, etc.) | Formation:
Master Mass Communication (or Social Sciences and Arts but with Media or Journalism Experience)
Expérience :
2 years Working experience spanning Banking Operations, public relations/media and advertising, corporate communications Key Performance Indicators: Zero negative press on social media platforms Timely delivery of reports Extent of leveraging of the bank, its events, products and services in social media platform Increase number of followers and drive engagement on the platforms.
