Supply Commercial Officer :

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Commercial Officer, reporting to the Leader, Commercial.  Located at the Brisbane Engineering Hangar in the Supply Commercial Team.

In this role you will assist in the management of a suite of new and existing pooling and supply chain agreements/contracts ensuring all parties maintain compliant.  The role is accountable for processing all monthly charges, completing all reporting requirements within agreed target times as per the agreements/contracts.  You will look for process and cost improvements, providing solutions and implementing them.  You will answer and resolve day to day issues / problems as and when they arise.  Active participation in Supplier Review meetings required as well as writing presentations and taking minutes.

About you :

• The successful applicant will have previous contract management experience and ideally a broad knowledge of Aviation Pooling Agreements ;
• You will have successfully used inventory systems, ideally Trax, with intermediate proficiency of MS Excel and Word ;
• You will have the knowledge, personality and communication skills to gain credibility to influence contractors and internal stakeholders ;
• There may be a requirement to travel domestically and internationally from time to time with this role so holding a valid passport is essential .
