Radisson Blu Hotel Dakar is looking for a Food & Beverage Director reporting directly to the General Manager.The F&B Manager will be in charge of all the operations (6 outlets and banquetting) and manage a team of 70 employees.Description de l’offreRadisson Blu Hotel :

 

Job requirements :

  • Ability to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations in F&B ;
  • Enjoy hands-on management role ;
  • Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, supplies, inventory, food safety, service techniques, and guest interaction ;
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in F&B operations within luxury international hotel chain + presently working as Director of Food and Beverage ;
  • Strong understanding of cost, budgets and staffing systems that lead to profitability ;
  • Capable to work closely with the Executive Chef, Front office and Sales teams ;
  • Ability to manage diverse work force ;
  • Strong and effective communication skills ;
  • Strong commercial skills within Food & Beverage ;
  • Proven track record in promotion strategies, training and leading F&B teams ;
  • Marketing and Public Relations driven ;
  • French and English speaking ;
  • Young and dynamic.
