Plan International seeks to recruit a global account management officer

The Opportunity :
To maximise the outcomes of the organisation’s global partnerships, Plan International has a Global Account Management (GAM) structure in place. This ensures that there is a coherent and managed approach to each partner and ensures that we are effective and efficient in our fundraising and influencing with our major partners.
Within this new role you will be responsible for leading the process for the selection and annual assessments of GAMs across the organisation. You will play a critical part in shaping a new Global Account Management Hub, a global platform for GAM communications and knowledge management.
The Person :
You will be able to quickly and confidently build relationships with all stakeholders, which will be members of the Global Hub regardless of function, and also with various National, Country and Regional Directors and partnerships teams with these offices. You will be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual and will have had previous experience of partnerships and knowledge management. You will also have a keen eye for detail, fluent English language skills and have excellent organisational skills.

Location: Flexible Location (Preferably Plan Global Hub, Woking. Alternatively, countries where Plan International currently has a legal entity and you have the existing right to work will be considered). Employment will be as per local terms and conditions
