Nestlé Cote d’Ivoire is currently looking to hire a SHE Officer Lead whose responsibilities include to ensure the deployment of the SHE management program at Head office, Sales, and Yopougon Distribution Center (DC).
You will Continuously improve the performance of the SHE Management System, promote SH&E values and creates ownership & engagement at all levels of the value Chain as well as ensuring working conditions of all installations at Yopougon Distribution Center (DC) and leverage General Services when required.
Main Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the SHE management program:
- Set-up the SH&E Objectives and Strong Program in line with CWAR and cluster objectives.
- Continuous improvement of SHE management system in the DC and Head office
- Coordinate the carrying out of risk assessment within the DC and Head office to eliminate or reduce the risks through the implementation of appropriate control measures.
- Ensure control of SHE documentation and training plan for HO/DC
- Ensure an efficient follow-up of management system action plan and update SHE-PM
- Participate to safety and health committee.
- Ensure the good implementation of requirements linked to NIA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CARE , SHE FCA, CIAPOL, ANDE
- Ensure the execution of the yearly regulatory inspections plan for HO and YOP DC installations and equipment.
Ensure General Services and Security activities follow-up for YOP DC :
- Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of DC Equipment and installations.
- Control of all vendors invoices and delivery notes in line with framework orders in the system.
- Act as main requestor for all PR/PO for the DC.
- Ensure Sprinkler Pumps and sprinkler equipment tests/maintenance are done as defined by existing standards and Zurich requirements.
- Manage Security System via available CCTV to prevent any intrusion or deviation.
- Regularly check the Intrusion Alarms and report immediately all issues observed.
Participate to the implementation of Logistics Call-to arms and sustainability Initiatives:
- Participate to the Implementation of improvement projects such as nestle net 0 program, plastic initiatives, sustainability program, environmental project in the scope of DC and HO
- Support health and environment safety projects and initiatives
- Coordinate saving initiatives for DC to optimize DC costs.
- Participate to the elaboration of annual CAPEX and DC Budget in relation with the Supply Chain Controller
