• Manage and update project monitoring sheets to assess the performance and progress of the project through performance indicators and Gantt Chart respectively ;
• Organize progress monitoring meetings (including remotely) with the implementing partners and UNICEF teams.

• Support the development of programme proposals, concept notes, donor reports, Presentations (PPT) and Terms of Reference (ToRs) ;
• Ensure timely disbursements, monitoring and liquidation of funds disbursements to implementing partners ;
• Support the documentation and Visibility of donors and UNICEF.

• Develop innovative monitoring tools to identify gaps on collected data regarding the Education programme and strengthen implementing partners monitoring skills ;
• Undertake programmatic visits to supervise project implementation, assess the progress and implement corrective actions ;
• Participate in monitoring and evaluation exercises, program reviews and annual reviews with government and other counterparts to assess progress and to determine required action/interventions to achieve results.

Their conditions of service will be governed by their contract and the General Conditions of Contracts for the Services of Consultants and Individual Contractors.
