About the job :
- Get trained on the sales process and attend trainings to learn about the product and industry ;
- Learn how to properly qualify, source and engage cold leads through outbound selling efforts ;
- Make outbound customer calls to find new business and accounts minimum of 150 calls per day ;
- Be proficient in basic product demos from your 3rd month (90 days) ;
- Probation fee for first 90 days plus commissions on every sale ;
- Salary is negotiable after observation period.
You will be successful if :
- You want to win all the time and you find motivation in temporary setbacks ;
- Your ability to learn is off the chart and you are hungry for more ;
- You love connecting with people online and on the phone.
Bonus Point :
- You’ve done some selling in the past and want to learn how to be great at software sales (Candidates with experience are a plus) ;
