Job Purpose :
Monitor, report, and follow up on Sokhna Plant’s and Geocycle’s HR performance in terms of performance management, organization development, learning & development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits and management systems
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, majoring in HR or any relevant field ;
- Technical Skills : Human Resources Management knowledge and practice in job analysis, performance management, learning, development, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee relations ;
- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an industrial environment.
