JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: Cleaner

Reporting to: H.R

Location: N’Djamena, Chad

  1. Position Purpose:

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment across all assigned areas. The role requires a reliable and detail-oriented individual who can ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

  •   Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
  •   Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas (offices, common areas, restrooms, etc.)
  •   Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste collection areas
  •   Replenish cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock levels
  •   Handle cleaning equipment safely and ensure proper storage after use
  •   Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  •   Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
  •   Maintain an organized and tidy environment
  •   Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

III. Qualifications & Requirements

  •   Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in cleaning or a similar ro
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards
  •   Ability to work efficiently and independently
  •   Good organizational and time management skills
  •   Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
  •   Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
