ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Technical Director – Ethiopia. The incumbent will be Provide leadership and direction to project managers and staff. He/she will be responsible for the planning and supervising the implementation of project objectives and activities in a coordinated manner, tracking the progress of the project and adjusting accordingly, monitoring, preparing and submission of periodic reports.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill Technical Director Position by May 30, 2020. The successful candidate will hold a Medical Doctor or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Project Management, Health Informatics, or related field and More than 10 years of experience in health systems with more than five years in leadership positions.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported programs including NGO experience, Ability to have Strong oral and written skills in English, Previous experience working at National or Regional level is advantageous.
