Non-negotiable experience & skills required :

• +4 yrs experience in Telecom field ;
• 3 to 4 yrs previous Field Coordination ;
• RF wireless engineering for telecommunications system/s ;
• Mobile radio technology: 2G/3G & 4G ;
• Experience working on specific operators hardware ;
• French – Fluent ;
• Arabic – Fluent ;
• English – Fluent.

Duties & responsibility :

• Coordination of all field activities: RF survey, DT team coordination, Physical changes, etc ;
• Ensure sites survey done on time with schedule plan ;
• Coordination with Operator to ensure access of sites for field teams ;
• Ensure all site keys are available before planning of sites visit to field team ;
• Logistic coordination & float delivery information to respective stakeholders ;
• Ensure availability of materials by coordinating with vendors to smooth roll-out of project ;
• Tracking installation activities by coordinating with field supervisor ;
• Continuous coordination with internal & external stakeholders on daily basis ;
• Report project summary to project manager ;
• Plan drive testing ;
• Ensure gathering of post drive test data ;
• Coordinate with remote team to ensure delivery of drive information ;
• Track physical changes on field by coordinating with field teams.

Required qualifications :

• Diploma/degree (Engineering field)
