Education

Bac + 3/4

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in an oilfield in Wellwork execution or engineering
• Broad background in general oil industry processes
• Experience on EEPCI Chad project desired

Skills/Knowledge

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Well control certification
• Wireline Operations – logging, perforating, etc
• Pressure pumping services
• Land based rig operations
• Wellhead and down hole equipment
• General knowledge of Reservoir / Production principles

Competencies/Strengths

• Ensure adherence to EEPCI / EMPC SSH&E policies & standards
• Willingness to lead safety in the field and ensure adherence by all contractors
• Become knowledgeable with corporate guidance  – WWE, WIMS, WMS, OIMS
• Perform risk assessments as needed for any particular job
• Conduct weekly LPO, JSA & Permit audits
• Supervision of on-site crews for all rigless job types
• Able to communicate clearly verbally and written
• Organizational abilities to keep work on schedule
• Take initiative to implement improvements and efficiencies
• Understand the concept of root cause failure analysis
• Familiar with and supportive of the business objectives of the production unit
• Knowledge of Wellview with daily updates of job details

Language

Speak, read and write English (TOEIC level 5 minimum)
