Job Role Summary :

Provides advanced support for accounting and reporting processes.

Job Role Responsibilities :

• Document processing (e.g., filing, scanning, ailing)  ;
• Support audit requests ;
• Master data maintenance (e.g., vendor master set up, cost center creation, etc.) ;
• Support analysis and reporting (e.g., internal stewardship, external reporting, data management, creation of reports based on standard templates, etc.) ;
• Journal entries ;
• Invoice support & verification ;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls processes ;
• Execute clerical tasks (such as check runs/receipts quality assurance, refunds, etc.) ;
• Support customer inquiries and processes .
