Responsible for transportation services for visitors and expats, including fleet vehicles maintenance .

• Provide initial e-mail to visitors including security information, respond to follow-up visitors questions by email / phone calls
• Provide to visitors logistics support during visit ;
• Organize hotel / airline reservations for visitors when required, ground transportation and meeting arrangements ;
• Schedule drivers for visitors and office personnel ;
• Plan and execute drivers IPO’s on monthly basis ;
• Review and sign daily driver activity report ;
• Attempt to Driver’s meetings ;
• Coordinate IPVA’s payments and fines ;
• Management and responsible for Ticket Car services .

• Good interpersonal relationships, communication skills and initiative ;
• Ability to work with tight schedules, due dates and under pressure ;
