Technician degree from accredited university

Experience

• None requiered
• Oil and Gas Industry Production Operation/Technician (or related industry) experience (a plus)

Skills and Knowledge

• Provide Leadership and develop teamwork skills
• Ability to utilize standard reporting tools such us IPES, EC, PI and Access
• Good written and Verbal communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office will suffice

• Demonstrate Safety based behavior
• Operate an Oil Field Production Facilities
• Familiar with artificial lift equipment such us ESP and PCP operations
• Operate and monitor Gaz well
• Proven sound decision making when operational emergencies/situation arise
• Analytical thinker, enthusiastic and customer focused
• Strong background in training/mentoring
• Monitoring of water injection well performance
• Familiar with Permit to Work System (PTWS) and Log out & Tag Out (LOTO) process
