Job Role Summary

Act as CS professional and maintain a strong business relationship with customers.

Responsible for receiving customers’ calls, logging all customers’ complaints in the Query Logging System. Responsible for proactive collection

Job Role Responsibilities

• Primary face of F&L to the customer. Responsible for account receivables, collect and dunning process, account monitoring, follow up all payments received and the proper application.
• Online resolution of customer queries as per procedures.
• Responsible to address queries not solved online to the responsible area.
• Perform outbound calls as per procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with key interfaces (CS, Sales, Pricing, and Operations), to ensure customer satisfaction.

Expected Level of Proficiency

• Personal communication capability.
• Spanish Language required, English Language required.
• Energy to improve Customer Service Processes.
• Windows Office Packet
