Technician degree from accredited university

• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Oil and Gas Industry (Production Operations and or Technical Support) ;
• Familiarity with Oil Industry Safety Practices.

• Strong Safety Knowledge ;
• Knowledge of hydrocarbon flow principles ;
• Knowledge of instrumentation & control in hydrocarbon process ;
• Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Database (such as IPES, etc…), Management of Change Process (such as eMOC) and Oil & Gas Production Operations Processes ;
• Ability to foster teamwork group and to be a good team member.

• Demonstrate Safety based behavior ;
• Operate an Oil Field Production Facilities ;
• Familiar with artificial lift equipment such us ESP and PCP operations ;
• Operate and monitor Gaz well ;
• Proven sound decision making when operational emergencies/situation arise ;
• Analytical thinker, enthusiastic and customer focused ;
• Strong background in training/mentoring ;
• Monitoring of water injection well performance ;
• Familiar with Permit to Work System (PTWS) and Log out & Tag Out (LOTO) process.

• Good written and verbal communication skill (in both French and English) ;
• Good English Proficiency – TOEIC level 5 is recommended.

• Must be willing to work on a rotation schedule as well as  on 5/2 basis
