The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation is a global leader in the fight against pediatric HIV and AIDS, working in 16 countries and at over 5,000 sites around the world to prevent the transmission of HIV to children, and to help those already infected. Job Summary :

EGPAF is seeking an Admin Assistant/Internal Audit Support Coordinator to provide assistance to the Office of the COO and Internal Audit Department. The role will also support the Regional Ops Director based in Africa. Admin Assistant/IA Support Coordinator will provide a wide range of administrative support activities to facilitate an efficient operation of both departments.

Job responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the COO and Sr. Director, Internal Audit & Risk Management ;
  • Provide assistance with writing, editing, and formatting documents and other assigned deliverables ;
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails ;
  • Coordinate travel logistics and prepare expense reports for COO and Sr. Director, Internal Audit & Risk Management and other team members as requested ;
  • Prepare and process travel expenses reports and other payments ;
  • Coordinate all logistics for certain conferences, meetings, workshops, and other events related to project assignments ;
  • Schedule meetings, take well-organized notes, and distribute them to participants ;
  • Organize and maintain project files, in soft copy and hard copy ;
  • General clerical duties, including photocopying ;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years in an office setting required, experience in financial or operations areas is preferred ;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred ;
  • Knowledge of international development sector experience preferred ;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills ;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment ;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle competing deadlines ;
  • High attention to detail and positive attitude.
