CUSTOMER CARE AGENT

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Agent to deliver exceptional service across multiple support channels, including voice, chat, and face to face customer care. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while representing the company’s values and standards.
- Job Description :
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through voice calls, chat platforms, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in internal systems
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and compliance requirements
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, customer satisfaction)
- Adapt to rotational shifts, schedules, and assigned customer care channels as required Job
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, chat support, or retail is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across voice, chat, and retail customer care channels based on business requirements
- Basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, professional, and empathetic attitude
