OFFLINE MARKETING
Brief:
The Offline Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing on-ground marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, support merchant engagement, and ensure consistent brand presence across assigned locations in Chad. The role focuses on field execution, merchant follow-up, branding compliance, and support of offline events and activations, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
Job Description:
- Execute approved offline marketing activities and campaigns on the ground
- Conduct regular field visits to merchants to ensure correct branding, visibility, and compliance with brand guidelines
- Follow up with merchants to maintain proper placement and condition of branding materials
- Coordinate and support on-ground events, activations, roadshows, and promotional activities
- Assist in planning and executing local offline marketing initiatives and community-based activities
- Ensure marketing materials (shop signs, posters, banners, standees, uniforms, etc.) are properly displayed and maintained
- Identify branding gaps or issues in the field and coordinate corrective actions
- Support merchant engagement and activation efforts from a marketing perspective
- Collect field insights, market observations, and competitor activities and report them to the marketing team
- Prepare regular field reports summarizing visits, activities executed, and key observations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of offline activities
- Travel within assigned areas as required by work needs
- Perform additional marketing-related field tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director Job
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in offline marketing, field marketing, or on-ground coordination
- Strong hands-on experience in executing field-based marketing activities
- Ability to manage merchant relationships and follow up consistently on branding standards
- Experience supporting events and on-ground activations
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
- Knowledge of local markets and operating environments in Chad is an advantage
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field
