The objective of the Sales Systems and Enablement Specialist role is to be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Sales platforms by liaising with the business to identify and document system and process enhancements.

 

What you’ll be doing :

  • Drive stakeholder requirement solicitation across large and complex projects as well as BAU activities to ensure end to end requirements are captured ;
  • Deliver process mapping/ modelling activities for projects ;
  • Manage completion of project deliverables within timelines and budgets ;
  • Take ownership of project issues and drive resolution ;
  • Provide sizing estimation of BA effort on project and BAU requests ;
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of solutions through appropriate tools to realise benefit ;
  • Oversee solution design and development ensuring internal policy and regulatory compliance ;
  • Control the quality of deliverables from the wider team through each stage of the automation development lifecycle by implementing control gates.

 

You’ll be great in this role if you have :

  • Relevant degree qualifications or equivalent experience ;
  • Experience with Product Management ;
  • Experience working with prioritisation pipelines ;
  • Experience working with macro, API and sabre technologies ;
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst ;
  • Proven experience in analysing and documenting user requirements and processes as well as providing consulting services to testing and development teams through project delivery ;
  • Experience liaising with development and test teams ;
  • Demonstrated experience delivering large and complex projects ;
  • Ability to influence and deliver results ;
  • Ability to maintain a Product Roadmap within a nimble and growth business environment ;
  • Experience in agile ways or working, including grooming and sprint planning.
