What you will be doing :
As part of the Engineering Business Support team, you will coordinate, record, allocate and report on the progress of various projects within our Engineering and Aircraft Servicing team.
Additionally, you will also :
- Organise meetings, set timelines, track progress, provide reports, manage delivery of projects and inputs form all stakeholders ;
- Develop and maintain program delivery timelines for technical projects and initiatives ;
- Coordinate regular meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress and identify any program/ project issues or risks ;
- Provide regular project reports and manage communications to all Stakeholders ;
- Liaise with cross divisional stakeholders to ensure the resolution of risks and issues ;
- Conduct regular workshops and meetings to actively drive project deliverables ;
- Conduct post implementation reviews and participate in benefits realisation tracking ;
- Conclude Change Management Process and finalise documents including archivage.
What you need to be successful :
- Hold a qualification in project management ;
- Prior success managing all aspects of various project sizes ;
- Knowledge of aircraft systems, regulatory framework in aviation, certification requirements ;
- Demonstrated report preparation and presentation to senior managers experience ;
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written ;
- Proven experience in managing concurrent projects.
