- The African Development Bank hereby invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in the following Assignment : SENIOR REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT ;
- The services to be provided under the Assignment include : support the management of the KOAFEC Trust Fund. The consultant will oversee under the Trust Fund manager supervision the communication with the capital ( The Republic of Korea). The consultant will also prepare reports in English and Korean and briefing notes ;
- The Financial Resources Mobilization Department invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the above-described services. Interested Consultants shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to undertake this Assignment (documents, reference to similar services, experience in similar assignments, etc.) ;
- The eligibility criteria, the establishment of a short list and the selection procedure shall be in conformity with the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Procedure for Corporate Consultants Recruitment. Please, note that interest expressed by a Consultant does not imply any obligation on the part of the Bank to include him/her in the shortlist.
The following criteria shall be utilized :

- The estimated duration of services performance and budget availability is 1 year renewable over satisfactory and the estimated starting date : 5 May 2022 ;
- Detailed Terms of reference for the assignment are attached ;

- Expressions of interest must be received no later than 15 April 2022 at 5PM GMT and specifically mentioning SENIOR REPORTING AND COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT ;
