What you’ll be doing :

• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced environment ;
• Follow up with project stakeholders on task execution and deliverables ;
• Lead project working group meetings as required ;
• Report project outcomes and/ or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed – escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans ;
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for all Sales systems, fare implementation and automation projects including (Salesforce, GSO, Sabre products, B2B portal) ;
• Document and maintain Sales Standard Operating procedures and process maps  ;
• Act as a point of communication between company teams and external customers ;
• Deepen partnerships with outside resources – including third-party vendor.

 

You’ll be great in this role if you have :

• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator ;
• Experience with process mapping ;
• Experience working with prioritisation pipelines ;
• Experience working with macro’s, API and travel reservations technologies  ;
• Proven experience in dealing with a Vendor for mutually beneficial outcomes ;
• Experience in testing and implementing sales systems ;
• Experience creating presentations using MS PowerPoint for leadership audience ;
• Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts.
