Who we’re looking for :

Support transformational, BAU and technology delivery activities by eliciting and documenting business requirements in collaboration with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This is a 24-month fixed-term opportunity.

This role sits within our IT Project Delivery Office (PDO) which comprises of a number of large / complex programs and a tail of other initiatives.

 

What you’ll be doing :

• Elicit document and maintain business requirements documentation, requirements traceability artefacts and test cases ;
• Perform analysis of business processes and systems ;
• Document current and target state processes and systems ;
• Support transformational, BAU and technology delivery activities ;
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units and stakeholders to develop the required analysis and documentation in a collaborative manner ;
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with subject matter experts and partners ;
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements ;
• Identify and recommend improvements to the VA framework and template artefacts.

 

You’ll be great in this role if you :

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working in a complex corporate environment ;
• Extensive experience with data visualisation (essential) ;
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile framework ;
• Proven capabilities in project and user-testing ;
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports ;
• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with strong communication skills ;
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills ;
• Critical thinking, analytical and forecasting skills ;
• Strong problem-solving skills including an ability to address any issue in collaboration with others ;
• Experience with project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, DevSecOps, Visio, Power BI ;
• Airline industry experience (desirable) ;
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science.
