E1 – Associate

  • At least 2 Years of total work experience in Accounts Payables Set-Up or traditional accounting set up
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift
  • Typing speed 40-50 WPM
  • Keen to details on evaluating and analyzing request/transactions/source documents for processing/billing and ensure to comply with the standards
  • Knowledgeable and has vast experience with Payables and disbursements and issuing refunds
  • Participates in calibration (internal and external) exercises on a regular basis to ensure consistency
  • Knowledgeable in tracking and documenting payments and client’s information with the required reports
  • Can perform other assigned/related duties within center as directed
  • Must be willing to work in any shift, holidays, overtime and weekends
  • GGB US- Affinity Payables team requires dynamic resources, as there are multiple activities that the team work’s daily.
  • The candidate should have good accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic proficiency in Excel

E2 – Senior Associate/SME

  • At least 4-5 Years of total work experience in accounts receivable specializing in Cash Application, preferably with SME experience and handled a team of 5-10 as POC
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work in any shift
  • Typing speed 40-50 WPM
  • Demonstrate awareness, motivation, and technical skills to assist in the development and growth of the team and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Assist in projects, provide floor support, coaches and assists team leaders in making the team hit KPIs
  • Responsible for supervising the performance and development of associates/officers
  • Ensures constant monitoring of associates/officers strengths and weaknesses in processing requests/deposits with the objective of First Time Right(FTR)
  • Keen to details on evaluating and analyzing request/transactions/source documents for processing/billing and ensure to comply with the standards
  • Knowledgeable and has vast experience with Payables and disbursements and issuing refunds
