Our client, an international Logistics Company are looking for Material Controllers to be based in Dakar, Senegal (x2 roles) and Nouakchott, Mauritania (x2 roles). The roles are offered with an Q1 2020 start, 28 day on / 28 day off rotation and a long term contract
Job Overview :
As Material Controller you’ll be responsible for ensuring that material requirements for the project are identified and delivered safely, cost effectively and on time.
Responsibilities :
- On time delivery of all materials and equipment to warehouse and quayside ;
- Confirmation of material requirements and due dates and communication of the logistics plan ;
- Ensure materials and equipment supplied satisfies vendor contractual, quality and safety obligations and manifested in system.
Job requirements :
- Experience gained working on Oil and Gas projects ideally have worked on a Subsea construction project
- French language skills will be beneficial
