AirBaltic seeks to recruit Base Maintenance Coordinator/ Bāzes apkopes koordinators/-e

Responsibilities :
- Issue of packages for planned maintenance;
- Control of defect rectification arrangements;
- Planning availability of all necessary resources appropriate to the amount and complexity of maintenance tasks;
- Defects rectification coordination within Technical Departments and aircraft manufacturer;
- Coordinate aircraft maintenance performed by third maintenance organization.
Requirements :
- Engineering degree from mechanical, electrical or avionics studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft;
- Excellent spoken and written English, fluent in Russian language;
- Good communication skills and positive attitude;
- Practical experience on aircraft maintenance will be as advantage;
- Any Base Maintenance experience will be as advantage;
- B category driving License.

- Monthly remuneration range 1100-1500 EUR gross. For the final candidate offered remuneration will be evaluated individually based on requirement applicability and experience in given field.
As the company is dynamic in its operations, the remuneration as described above is valid only during the term of this advertisement and may change with the possible next job offer. Remuneration as described above is payable after probation period, for full shift, pro rata monthly depending on actually worked days / hours.
