We will entrust you to :

• Assist in hiring process by coordinating internal and external job postings ;
• Arrange interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates ;
• Help with initial applicant screening and background check activities ;
• Make travel arrangements and coordinate interviews with candidates from abroad ;
• Accurately track applicant data and assist with reporting in Recruitment system (ATS) as needed ;
• Conduct initial assessments, e.g.tests and tasks ;
• Support recruitment marketing events and campaigns ;
• Support candidates direct search activities through multiple platforms ;
• Handle an onboarding presentations for new employees.

What You will need to succeed :

• Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude ;
• Organizational skills ;
• Attention to details ;
• Good oral and written communication skills ;
• Good spoken & written knowledge of Latvian, English and preferably Russian ;
• Good practical knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams will be as an advantage ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
