We will entrust you
- Provide support to the Data Protection Officer in daily tasks
- Assist in the process of updating Privacy policies and notices
- Assist in managing the vendor data protection assessment process
- Offer assistance in responding to data subject requests and maintaining the data subject request register
- Review and maintain templates for Data Processing Agreements, ensuring they are current and accurate
- Assist in conducting Transfer Impact Assessments, Privacy assessments, and Data Protection Impact assessments, facilitating the assessment process for various activities within the company
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of processing activities
- Maintain, update, and generate reports related to data governance registers
- Perform other tasks related to data protection governance
What you will need to succeed
- Fundamental understanding of EU General Data Protection Regulation, data protection regulations, and information governance
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- A proactive approach, both in learning and as a general work attitude
As an advantage
- A degree in law or information technologies
- Possession of a Data Protection Officer certificate
- Prior work experience in data protection or information governance
