We will entrust you to :

• Develop, implement and execute pilot recruitment strategy ;
• Implement the compliance regulations of pilot recruitment quality standards and procedures by being a key owner of the process ;
• Develop Employee Value Proposition, candidates sourcing and recruitment marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing department ;
• Review, advance, maintain and participate in pilot assessment and selection process ;
• Develop and maintain pilot candidates pool ;
• Develop and maintain cooperation with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels, e.g., job boards, influencers, communities and other ;
• Liaise with Flight Operations management and pilot department’s HR Business Partner to obtain the information about pilots demand and set the recruitment targets accordingly;
• Coordinate Talent Acquisition Assistant involvement in arrangement of candidates assessment and pre-boarding activities ;
• Monitor costs and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

What You will need to succeed :

• Finalized university degree (preferably in HR, Business or Technical) ;
• Strong recruitment and/or project management experience, in aviation field to be considered as an advantage ;
• Advanced English language skills ;
• Excellent presentation, argumentation, communication and networking skills ;
• Good sales skills and HR marketing knowledge ;
• High sense of responsibility and accountability ;
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency ;
• Pro-active, “can do” attitude ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
