We will entrust you to
- Promoting the development of design and construction projects at Riga Airport
- Organizing project work, fine-tuning solutions, and representing the client’s interests
- Reviewing technical project documentation and proposing solutions
- Analyzing potential project risks and providing recommendations for their mitigation
- Advocating for the client’s interests in design and construction management working groups
- Preparing design/construction documentation and securing permits, while coordinating with RIX and other authorities
- Planning construction costs and conducting price surveys
- Obtaining permits for construction works
- Overseeing and supervising the execution of works, ensuring quality control
What you will need to succeed
- Higher education degree in construction
- Three years experience in construction supervision or project management
- Proficiency in the regulatory documents governing the profession
- Proficiency in the English language
- Competence in AutoCad, BIS, BIM, and other modern technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Category B driving license
