We will entrust you to
- Create, publish and maintain written and visual content on careers.airbaltic.com
- Review posted content to ensure adherence to established guidelines and formatting standards
- Coordinate content translation into both languages featured on careers.airbaltic.com
- Proactively propose developments for the careers page
- Collaborate in the creation of HR collateral materials, including newsletters, posters, articles, and visuals
What you will need to succeed
- Higher education in Social sciences – preferably in communications, journalism, or marketing; can be last year student
- Excellent Latvian and English skills, both verbal and written, with the skill in creative copywriting
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) fundamentals and principles
- Strong organizational, communication, planning, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of trends in social media, marketing, and HR
- Creative and proactive personality
- Experience working with Adobe Cloud, Figma, Mailchimp, or Storyblok programs will be advantageous
