As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting the best professionals for airBaltic. In collaboration with hiring managers, you’ll implement effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process to support our growing operations.
We will entrust you to
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract the best professionals
- Proactively source and engage with candidates through social media, networking, and direct outreach
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising job postings to making job offers
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives by representing the company at career events and fostering partnerships with educational institutions
- Collaborate with headhunting agencies to identify and attract top talent for technical maintenance roles
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize job advertising and enhance the impact of our career page
- Analyze recruitment data to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and drive continuous hiring improvements
What you will need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in Latvian and English
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and experience working with an ATS
