We will entrust you to
- Lead the annual sustainability audit and reporting process including team coordination and support, report design, proofreading and final approval
- Coordinate, maintain, and improve data metrics and sustainability KPIs for reporting purposes
- Communicate with stakeholders, and respond to sustainability compliance inquiries from airBaltic partners
- Implement any necessary amendments in internal procedures and documentation following the sustainability, fuel and other audits
- Conduct annual double materiality, value chain, taxonomy, supply chain due diligence, and sustainability policy reviews
- Review sustainability reporting requirements annually and implement updates, if needed
What you will need to succeed
- Proven project management experience, preferably sustainability related
- Excellent writing and communication skills, both in Latvian and English
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and high AI literacy (DeepL, ChatGPT)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data into clear, accessible reports
- Experience with compliance audits, procedure development and implementation, sustainability reporting will be considered an advantage
