We will entrust you to
Real-Time Crew Management: Monitor and manage crew assignments in real-time, ensuring that all flights are adequately staffed with the required crew members
Disruption Handling: Quickly address and resolve operational disruptions such as crew sickness, delays, or other unforeseen issues
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for crew members, providing them with updated schedules, flight changes, and other necessary information
Compliance: Ensure that crew schedules comply with regulatory requirements and airline policies regarding duty hours, rest periods, and other legal constraints
Coordination: Collaborate with other departments such as Flight Operations, Ground Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of crew assignments, changes, and disruptions
What you will need to succeed
- At least 1 year work experience
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy
- Skilled in managing stress and maintaining focus during emergencies or operational disruptions
- Fluency in English language
- Good communication abilities and a willingness to collaborate with others
- Comfortable with software, data entry, analysis, and reporting tools
- Ability to work in shifts (5:00-14:00/ 14:00-00:00/ 11:00-22:00)
