Responsibilities :
- Your main tasks will be related to Customer Relations database and incoming correspondence handling ;
- To enter data in Customer Relations CRM system in accurately and timely manner ;
- To support colleagues to prepare response letters addressed to the passengers, their representatives and state authorities .
Requirements :
- University student, preferably in Legal Affairs ;
- Preciseness and fast learning personality ;
- Excellent spoken & written knowledge of Latvian, English and preferably Russian ;
- Positive attitude towards life .
