We will entrust you to :

• Execute the duties related to the safety of the aircraft and passengers ;
• Maintain excellent customer service and assistance on-board the aircraft ;
• Assist passengers who require special attention ;
• Do proactive sales on-board, product presentation and payment handling ;
• Keep the aircraft clean and tidy during the flight ;
• Maintain consistently the highest ethical standards in performing all the duties.

What You will need to succeed :

• Proven experience as Cabin Crew at least 400 flight hour ;
• Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage ;
• Valid Cabin Crew attestation according EASA Part-CC ;
• Valid EASA Part-Med Class 2 medical certificate  ;
• Valid passport that allows you to travel worldwide ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19 ;
• Customer oriented approach ;
• Sales driven personality ;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills ;
• Cool tempered and patient with aptitude in resolving issues ;
• Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.

To perform duties as Cabin Crew :

• Tattoos and piercing are acceptable provided they appear on parts of the body that are not visible when wearing airBaltic uniform ;
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
