We will entrust you to :

  • Design the recruitment strategy for entrusted recruitment projects ;
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions ;
  • Execute the recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews, assessment sessions etc.) ;
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various recruiting events, like career fairs or Open Days events ;
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates ;
  • Administer new employees pre-onboarding ;
  • Communicate regularly with HR Business partners and hiring managers to reach the recruitment projects goals ;
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges ;
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

What You will need to succeed :

  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 2 years ;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field ;
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods ;
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes ;
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ;
  • Good knowledge of Latvian, English languages. Russian will be an advantage ;
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills ;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills ;
  • Ability to prioritize daily workload ;
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver ;
  • A positive, “can do” attitude ;
  • Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
