We will entrust you to :

  • Plan aircraft spare part and material flow in a way that will minimize the aircraft maintenance downtime and hold established maintenance schedule ;
  • Plan the works and issue instructions to Stores personnel, personnel mandatory trainings arrangement ;
  • Be responsible for Stores work coordination with other Technical department units ;
  • Define the rules for store keeping to achieve effective stores space utilization and storage facilities compliance to EU aviation regulations, as well as to Latvian aviation authorities requirements ;
  • Ensure proper parts and materials circulation between stores facilities in Riga main base and outstations ;
  • Keep the stored material on a level equivalent to maintenance requirement – minimum holding quantity and re-order quantity control ;
  • Be responsible for stock replenishment process, as well as for components and materials shelf life control ;
  • Ensure that received parts and materials are in compliance with established Quality Standards ;
  • Ensure removed aircraft parts processing to Repairs, control Shipping unit compliance to dangerous goods and ATA 300 regulations ;
  • Ensure applicable custom procedures processing for incoming and outgoing shipments ;
  • Be responsible for regular inventory check arrangement and rest control ;
  • Be responsible for monthly financial reporting to Accounting department ;
  • Be responsible for not usable parts scrap and chemicals utilization arrangement ;
  • Participate in stores facilities design development within new hangar building project frame.

What You will need to succeed :

  • Higher Educational Institute or College ;
  • Command of written and spoken English, Latvian and Russian ;
  • At least one year of experience in Supply chain, Storage or Logistics ;
  • Strong organizational, time management and administration skills ;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • Must be computer literate, full MS Office suite ;
  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivation and emotional stability ;
  • Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
