We will entrust you to :

• Take care of full personnel related documentation and information lifecycle (for departments within your responsibility) ;
• Input and maintain data in internal databases (Oracle, MS SharePoint and others) ;
• Follow internal rules and policies, legal requirements and best practices ;
• Support employees to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems ;
• Support foreign employees in communication with state institutions ;
• Provide payroll department relevant employee information.

What You will need to succeed :

• Higher education or at least last course student ;
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (writing and verbal) ;
• A high sense of responsibility, preciseness and accuracy ;
• Basic knowledge of Labor Law and interest in HR related topics ;
• Experience with documentation or record keeping ;
• Previous experience working with Oracle data base will be considered as an advantage.
