We will entrust you to :
- Take care of full personnel related documentation and information lifecycle ;
- Follow internal rules and policies, legal requirements and best practices ;
- Support employees to navigate in external and internal HR related processes, regulations and systems ;
- Input and maintain data in internal databases (Oracle, MS SharePoint and others) ;
- Support foreign employees in communication with state institutions ;
- Provide payroll department relevant employee information ;
- Contribute to HR process and systems development ;
- Participate in various HR services and HR related issues.
What You will need to succeed :
- Higher education or at least last course student ;
- Excellent Latvian and English language skills (writing and verbal) ;
- A high sense of responsibility, preciseness and accuracy ;
- Ability to process high volume of data (MS Office products, batch documents generation) ;
- Basic knowledge of Labor Law and interest in HR related topics ;
- Experience with documentation or record keeping ;
- Previous experience working with Oracle data base as an advantage ;
- Effective EU-recognized digital Covid-19 certificate as an attestation to the fact of vaccination against or recovery from Covid-19.
