We will entrust you to :

• Monitor and prepare flight departure register as required ;
• Prepare flights with correct aircraft registrations and configurations as required ;
• Monitor changes in the flight schedule and adjust Departure Control System (DCS) and documentation where required ;
• Prepare and release load control documentation for the flight ;
• Perform post departure activities after the flight ;
• File load control documentation in secure and orderly manner.

What you will need to succeed :

• Experience from the Airline industry will be considered an advantage ;
• Be able to take decisions within its competence ;
• Analytical skills, preciseness, attention to details ;
• Must be computer literate ;
• Ability to work in shifts ;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Latvian.
