airBaltic is looking for E-commerce project manager who has experience in leading large scale e-commerce projects involving international teams.
You will be responsible for new products merchandizing and bundling system implementation, utilization and further development.
We will entrust you to :
- Drive large scale merchandizing and bundling system implementation project ;
- Lead project team involving colleagues from e-commerce, IT and other business units ;
- Engage internal project team and external partners to define project deliverables ;
- Develop detailed project plan ;
- Define, document and coordinate project business requirements ;
- Track progress of the project plan, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely deliveries ;
- Organize testing of project deliverables ;
- Test, activate, monitor and further develop the system to ensure it’s used in most effective manner as per business needs.
What you will need to succeed :
- Higher education in e-commerce, projects or business management ;
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or IT projects management leading large scale projects involving international teams ;
- Excellent English language skills ;
- High motivation to achieve results and goals ;
- Ability to go into details, analyze, summarize and present information with arguments, make informed decisions, set priorities ;
- Experience working with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence or other similar systems.
